Loisaida Mural
This mural is the name of the community where the Lower Eastside Girls Club is located. Loisaida means lower eastside in Spanish which is where most of the girls that come to the Girls Club live.
Es un mural en el barrio de Lower Eastside donde se queda el Girls Club. LOISAIDA significa el lado este bajo literalemente. La mayoria de las chavas viven en este barrio.

Despite the picture of the building in the projects- brown and boring, we really live in one of the most colorful neighborhoods in New York!!!
